Complaints or Grievances

Mecklenburg County's ADA grievance procedure is designed to quickly resolve any problems, complaints or conflicts related to the County’s ADA compliance. Use the form below to submit your complaint to the County's ADA Coordinator.

All complaints or concerns received by County employees shall be directed to the ADA Coordinator within five (5) days of receipt.

The ADA Coordinator has the full authority to investigate complaints and maintains a log of all complaints or concerns submitted. All allegations received will be reviewed within (30) days of receipt.
