Anthony Trotman, Deputy County Manager

Anthony Trotman is the deputy County manager for the consolidated health and human services agency. He is responsible for providing executive oversight to the County’s health and human services agency including Social Services, Public Health, Community Resources, and the Community Support Services departments. He manages approximately 3,000 employees with an annual budget of $350 million. 

He joined the County in 2015 as deputy County manager. Previously, Anthony served as the director of the Department of Job and Family Services for Franklin County, Ohio, and chief of staff at the State of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services with a $19 billion annual budget. 

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Bellevue University and a master’s degree in health services administration from Central Michigan University. He also has a Project Management Certification from Boston University and is a 10-year intelligence operations veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
