It is an essential event designed to guide potential applicants—such as nonprofit organizations, local government agencies, community-based organizations and microbusinesses (less than 10 employees) —through the process of applying for CDBG funding as part of the new Consolidated Plan and connected Annual Action Plan for the upcoming funding cycle. The workshop also helps with new program or new project eligibility determination. This is not a Consolidated Plan activity but a CDBG Program activity.
